cluso Posted January 15, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2019 I have read in the past that Celebrity Edge pricing would not change, and they would not offer perks or the "Move Up" program because they were aiming for a different clientele. They would sail without a full ship. So, now that there have been some actual cruises, and a varying degree of reviews, what are people seeing in the pricing?🤔
TFLG Posted January 15, 2019 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2019 They are offering all 4 perks currently. That's a sure sign they are undersold.
Pennstateman Posted January 15, 2019 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2019 Prices holding. They’re making a fortune
tallnthensome Posted January 15, 2019 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2019 They still want $7000+ for a 7 day cruise for my family of four on a sunset Verandah. That's $1000 more than our 12 day next year on the Silly in an A1 angled balcony. Give me the 12 day and the $1000 all day. Edge will never happen.......
Bo1953 Posted January 15, 2019 #5 Share Posted January 15, 2019 Prices are still approximately $1,200 p/p higher than what we paid, even with all four (4) perks thrown in and we have two (2) and for an additional $109 each additional perk, still a bargain, for us. Pricing for The Edge is still holding, high, regardless of the appearance, even though it is reported that at least one (1) TA has some great group rates at the moment which may rival what we paid. Nevertheless, still very happy to be sailing on The Edge in the not too distant future... bon voyage
