Anne Moore Posted January 15, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2019 We did Diamond Princess Xmas cruise embarking in Singapore 19 dec 2018. We are asking for your help fellow cruisers as we had the cruise from Hell. No airconditiong in the cabin for the duration of the cruise, no cold water in the shower , took the 4 days to fix. We documented every complaint to customer service, which were many as these were 2 issues of Duty of Care.We had medical issues due to no airflow in cabin, their technition kept testing and said they could not get airflow to our cabin. Resulting in Princess giving us a fan. We are asking if any other cruisers had similar issues as now we are back home Princess is denying everything. Our cabin number Deck 11 B255. fishywood Posted January 16, 2019 #5 Share Posted January 16, 2019 You can pull up old roll calls by going to the main menu page rather than using the cockamamie 'roll call finder' tool. Here is yours, which has passengers from the B2B over Christmas and New Year's as well: I would also suggest posting this on the Australia Cruisers board: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/564-australia-new-zealand-cruisers/ ...as you may get more focused responses from any of your countrymen who have managed to obtain redress for the issues you had. Here on the main Princess board you are more likely to get opinions from a USA perspective (surprised it hasn't happened yet) while the Passage Contract verbiage and relevant consumer law is quite different in Australia than the rest of the world.
