Orlando, the butler

Was contacted by the shoreside concierge today for our upcoming cruise on the Silhouette and was told that Orlando will be our butler.

As I don't remember seeing his name very often in butler discussions, am hoping someone can tell me a little about him.

We have had Orlando several times as our Butler and he is very good.

Yes we will be on the same sailing. We will have had some practice on the cruise before.

Hopefully we will see Orlando again.

We may not have Orlando as we are on deck 10 on the Starboard side. Time. We will find out soon enough.

He is working on my side, Port, on the current Silhouette Cruise.  He just returned from his vacation.

Yes, that is what Carrie, the shoreside concierge told me, that he just returned from vacation.  We will be in the portside PH, looking forward to meeting him!
