My claim was received by AON on the 9th and has been assigned. Nothing still except for the assignment. Anyone with experience with a cancelled claim? Can you tell me about your experience. I called my travel agent and she handled everything to include getting the insurance claim in. Received the credit in our Captain's Circle account 3 days after the insurance emailed letter to us with claim decision. Princess had credited us port charges immediately upon cancelling cruise.
