Ocean Ready Runaround

I know some people are anxious to receive their medallion at home.  But having been on the ship now for a week, if you have to wait until you get to port to receive your medallion it is not a big deal.  The main thing is to fill out all the info on the ocean ready app.

Hi let me chime in. I hear you want to expedite the boarding process.  I am currenly onboard Caribbean Princess with ocean medallion.  If you don’t get your medallionprior to your cruise you will only need the boarding pass below. You show a picture of this and your passport to security. The are literally 50 ocean medallion reps at the port.  Tell them you want to pick up your medallion. They will escort you to an area to pick up your medallion and your directed to boarding area.  It is simple.  The biggest holdup getting onto ship on embarkation day is not having a security photo.  People took a profile photo but not security photo or if they took a security photo it was a side picture and not full frontal. If you don’t have your security photo the princess staff will take one with their iPad hope this helps.

Thanks AF-1  great info, appreciate your input!

thanks - we will do as much as we can - but simply are not going to be put on hold for a hour if we have problems loading the pictures..

we've completed all the online 'stuff' in the persnalizer - and will print out boarding passes as usual

I usually need to get up and walk when I need another beer by the pool, so that's not really a big dealio to us

all I need is some sunshine, blue skies, wavelets, beers ... at least until noon or so :classic_ninja:

All of the sunshine and blue skies are available in the Caribbean. I am on last sea day 22 feb.  we have had perfect weather and calm seas the entire trip. I know this will be true for your cruise also. Cheers
