Smoking isn't allowed inside the ship at all. Including in your cabin or balcony.

ShonaTay56 Posted February 27, 2019 #8 Share Posted February 27, 2019 Smoking is usually restricted to deck 5 port side, pool area port side nearest to the aft, sunset bar port side and mast bar starboard side or at least it was when I was onboard and it was when I was on the Eclipse in November. Deck 5 is usually the one that gets closed first if there is bad weather and on occasions I have seen it that the only place you could smoke was the pool area where it is sheltered to some degree. Have a good cruise. Alan

mfs2k Posted February 27, 2019 #10 Share Posted February 27, 2019 If someone wants to post the links to older “secrets of Equinox” threads it would be appreciated. They’re probably mostly relevant until the ship is “revolutionized” in May. Thx

kokopelli-az Posted February 28, 2019 #13 Share Posted February 28, 2019 I'm on the Equinox as I type this. The only place I've seen smoking is on deck 14 next to the Mast Bar.

From Celebrity: “ Smoking areas on Equinox are: Deck 5: Port Side, mid-ship on the hump to the left as you exit the interior right around the first lifeboat Deck 12: Port Side, as you enter the Pool area from the mid-ship elevator lobby Deck 14: Starboard Side at the Mast Bar

Saturngrl Posted February 28, 2019 #18 Share Posted February 28, 2019 Just off the Equinox two weeks ago. On sea days, a light breakfast in the Aqua Spa café is wonderful...it's quiet, great service and wonderful to watch the Solarium fountains and sea from your table. The Gastrobar offers a pub menu (extra price) in the evenings. Silent Disco is amazingly fun! Enjoy all of the opportunities to meet Captain Kate and her awesome crew while they are still on board. Enjoy your cruise!
