annstran Posted February 27, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 27, 2019 Has anyone been offered the Windstar "All in One Package"?
milepig Posted February 28, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 28, 2019 I thought I knew all things Windstar but I have no idea what an “all in one package” is and googling turns up nothing. Please tell us more!!

Misty Morning Posted February 28, 2019 #4 Share Posted February 28, 2019 Also got this a couple of weeks before cruise in January and included 27% off the various packages if you took them all prior to cruise. Here is the actual message: (the price of the Beverage package part of this offer was before the recent changes made to them. “We would like to make you aware of a special offer, which you have been selected to receive for your upcoming Windstar Cruise. We are offering a special add-on, ALL-IN Package for a reduced price of $79 per person per day (Normally $108.50 per person per day) a 27% Savings. The ALL-IN Package provides you with; Prepaid Gratuities, Unlimited WIFI, Laundry and Captain’s Exclusive Beverage Package (includes unlimited select wine, spirits, beer, cocktails and mini-bar). Credit card payment is required at the time the ALL-IN Package is added to the booking. The ALL-IN Package must be booked at least 7-days prior to sailing date. To add this special offer to your booking, please contact Windstar Reservations/Vacation Planning at 1-855-419-3877. We look forward to welcoming you on board.” We did not take it as the only thing we wanted was beverage package. Total cost even with rebate would still have been over $1,100 ($79x2x7) while gratuities and Beverage Package with no rebate cost $918. The unlimited internet package used to cost $250 for the week for 2 devices if bought before cruise. Now, according to this offer, it was $35/day/pers which meant close $500 for a week of internet for 2 devices, outrageous, especially when internet is slow at best. Laundry at $109 for 2 for the week is a bit much as prices for individual items are low and one would need to do a lot of laundry to get to the $109. Also you may not use any on-board credits accumulated prior to your cruise against any purchases made prior to the cruise including this offer. This was also a reason why we did not take it up and used our on board credits to purchase Beverage Package once onboard
annstran Posted February 28, 2019 Author #5 Share Posted February 28, 2019 Thank you, Misty Morning. That is exactly how the package was presented to me. We are deliberating.
minidonuts85 Posted February 28, 2019 #6 Share Posted February 28, 2019 We had the same offer via email before our 12/29 Surf cruise. We thought about it but we had a bit of OBC to use towards our drink package and didnt go with the All In package. Otherwise its a deal if you planned to buy all of those things anyway.
