Minors with charging privilege

not really.  any account can charge up to $250 before being shut off if you do not tie a credit card to it.  even if you only put $100, they can still charge until they reach that threshold  and get a call to come down and pay it/bring the balance back to zero.  

 

so unless you trust your kids to not go over any ,limits you give them,  I'd just turn off privileges altogether.

It’s actually $500 on 7 night or longer cruises and $300 on 6 nights or less.  You can also go to guest services and have a limit out on kids cards.
