I have a question about the cruise insurance.  If you buy it at final payment, does it cover preexisting conditions?  Or to have that covered, do you have to buy it at time of booking?

If this is the HAL insurance, it must be paid for I believe 1 day before final pymnt . It is cancel for any reason with a 90 percent refund.

If HAL air is booked it also covers that.

I wrote down some prices for 10 and 11 day Caribbean cruises in November after dinner and then went to my laptop to book, but everything had gone up by 400 dollars Canadian. I didn't book as I might get a better price in the fall. Fingers crossed. GRRRRRR!
