10:14am Flight out of MIA

Our cruise is still 5 months away.  Our Delta flight just got bumped up to 10:14am out of Miami.  We will be getting off Symphony of the Seas in the Port of Miami.  Is this flight going to hard to make or will we be ok?  I'm sure within the next few months Delta may adjust it again hopefully later would be best.

What day of the week is your flight?

I'm catching a 10:14 out of FLL but I'm also sailing out of FLL.

I have a lot of things going for me.

FLL is only 10 minutes from the port

I'm in a suite so I'll get priority and escorted off the ship

I have Global Entry which will get me past Customs and passport control much faster.

I have status with the airline, so I can use the shorter line for check and baggage check

I have TSA Pre-Check which allows me to clear TSA very quick.

I'm retired, so, if I do miss my flight,,, so what.

 

With all of my advantages, I can't say I would risk the same thing if I were in your shoes returning to MIA and flying out of MIA.

We are flying out on a Saturday.  We both have Pre Check and are staying in a Suite on board the ship so we should be allowed to leave early with escorted priority disembarkation.

Saturday with a pre-check and getting off early will be no problems making a flight like that as long as the ship gets in on time.

Totally fine.  Do self-disembark before 7AM and you'll end up with a couple of hours to hang out at the airport.  You can easily make this flight.

Carry your bags off and taxi to the airport ($27+tip), and you should be okay.
