Norwegian Breakaway: water bottles allowed?

I checked the list of Prohibited Items on the website, and I don't see water mentioned.

Has anyone brought sealed bottles on board? I just like to have a few to take off the ship at port, rather than buying a liter bottle on the ship to take (too heavy!)

You can bring bottles but they have to be empty when you board the ship.

Like some of the other lines, you can not bring your own water on ship. What most do is, bring a couple or one empty bottle on board and fill it as you go along. This is what we do or did until we became platinum and got water in our cabin. Another way is to buy the water package, but I think it is over priced and not worth it. My opinion only.
