February 2019 Promos Assistance Needed

Looking for assistance. We booked an Alaskan cruisetour in February of this year and I could swear that the promo was Excursion credit $ toward the land portion of the trip. We are in a suite and I could almost swear that it was $500. I called the night we booked to confirm because the credits were not showing in my booking confirmation but the lady at princess said they were in the account.

We booked a land Excursion last night and I just called to have the credits applied and they have no clue what I'm talking about. I feel a little nutty honestly. 😂 🤣 Also, I just called and they can't find anything now in my account regarding those credits. 

 

Anyway, did anyone in here book in February and receive the same promo or have screenshots of the special running at the time? I really appreciate it if you can help.

I remember it being  $ 50 ... not  $ 500 for the land part - enough for a couple of drinks each at a lodge

That's the All Aboard sale that ran for January and February.  No mention of excursion credit for that one.  But sometimes they add a second promo.

I believe Thrak booked under that promo ... we also looked hard at it... but it didn't happen ...

Ah! Thank you. By doing a little more digging, I found that there was an additional perk for cruisetours to Denali, which I booked. I am doing my best to find the promo code. I'm going to figure this out. 😂

I remember seeing that promo as well.  But cant find the email as I am hoping it comes back up for our cruisetour next year.  The only thing I can think of is that you don't actually get the "credit" til you are there. Sort of like I have a free specialty dining from my TA but cant use it if I book the specialty online I have to wait to use it once on board the ship.  I believe the promo may have said something like that as well...only allowed to be used on land tour so perhaps cause you are "pre-booking" that land tour you can use the free money just yet.  I will see if I can find my email.
