The chairs in the screened off area was our favourite spot for an evening and handy for 2 bars.

This is one of our favorite indoor areas, as you are nice and close to the water.

Jungle Pool Lounge:

This is really the only pool we have used this week.  We love that it has plenty of shade for those of us who try to avoid the sun. It has a retracting roof, which is usually open during the day.  It also has a variety of seating options, from loungers, to chairs, to these jungle themed seats.  The table tennis is enclosed here, so you can’t blame the wind for the ball flying out of bounds (bummer!). There is also a couple of foosball tables.

One complaint that is legitimate is the depth of all the pools:  

Tip:  Bring a pool noodle to teach your child how to swim, if they don’t know how yet.

Garage Club is the night club - opens 10pm. Closes when last one drops..lol.

Also South Beach bar area is an outdoor night club every night.. they do the silent disco there each week, usually on Thursday night around 10 or 11pm. Loads of fun, even just to watch...

You have to do the status match on their website.  You can only do it once.

Curious if you were able to fix your husbands status? I matched as Black but my husband matched as Gold, when I called I was told we did it at separate times, just wondering if you had any luck sweet talking anyone?

 

Also, I'm in 9205 and 9207, I'm hearing because those are extended balconies you can see into them from above, could you perhaps snap a photo of this?

Onboard Account:

Today was the first time we found an error on our onboard spending.  As part of our cruise booking, we received the free dinner drinks package.  We are allowed to have house wine, soda, mineral water, and beer for free at lunch and dinner.  Yesterday, I ordered a glass of wine for lunch, and it showed up as a charge on our account.  It took a quick visit to guest services to get it removed.  I will therefore agree with other reviews that you should keep a close eye on your account.

Lunch:  Butcher’s Cut

We booked our free Black Card lunch for Butcher’s Cut.  We ended up paying $6.33 for water.  It is not included in the lunch, and they did not give the option of regular ice water.  You are just offered the bottle of water.  So, just be aware that you will be charged for those bottles of water.  All in all, it was definitely not a problem to pay that amount, considering that the meal was free.  However, the rack of lamb was definitely not worth an up charge.  In fact, it was the least tasty meat dish I had all week.  DH had the salmon, which he found was better than what is served in the main dining room.  The tomato soup starter was excellent.  The chocolate lava cake was good and tasted the same as some of the best we had on Carnival and Royal Caribbean.  So, for the dishes we chose, we would not recommend this restaurant for the up charge.  It is definitely not worth $39 per person.

Opera Show:  Butterflies

This afternoon was the opera show.  I thought it was well done, but definitely not a show for this audience.  The applause was sadly quite half-hearted and I could not help but feel sorry for the cast who worked so hard on it.  Opera is definitely not my first choice for entertainment, but I wanted to see what this abbreviated version of Madam Butterfly is about.  It is not something I would choose to attend again...too much drama.

Stephanie ... We had a deck 9 forward on Seaside which are longer and have sunbeds, there is a small area which can be seen from above. If it's the Deck 9 side aft you are talking about then there is more that can be seen due to the Balcony length.
