Soda option

It has been awhile since I have cruised on NCL.  Can someone tell me if the soda package is by a sticker on your card, a new card or a soda mug?  Thank you!

It is stamped permanently onto your key card, no sticker, and we didn't get a soda mug but we never asked for one either.

Thank you!!  If purchased separately would you remember the cost?  I thought it was around $3 a soda

It will be stamped onto your card if you buy before the cruise, a sticker added to your card if you buy on the cruise.  Ask for the soda cup at the Atrium bar (it isn't that great).  .

Price per drink is $4.14 including gratuity tax.

I know this for a fact as I was erroneously charged for a tonic water on my last cruise.

I always buy the soda package on board so I can use my non-refundable OBC to purchase.  

The last couple of cruises they have had me get my card reprinted instead of adding a sticker.

I think it used to be a sticker but now it is printed on your card.  You can get a travel mug (or whatever you want to call it).  They will give you one when you buy the soda package on board or if you pre-purchase just go to teh desk where the soda pass is being sold, show them yoru card, and ask for one.

I purchased the soda package onboard the Gem last month and they reprinted me a room card with SODA written on it.

the mug isn't all that great, but I had people asking me where I got it and why they didn't get one (LOL) with their drink package. I recommend a $6 Bubba Cup from Walmart- better quality, more capacity.

It depends on when you get it. If you purchase before the cruise it is printed on the card. If you purchase on board it is a sticker.
