Traveling with a scooter in a balcony cabin on the Dawn

I hope you can help! Myself and my cousin will be traveling on the NCL Dawn with a scooter. It seems like it will fit through the cabin door. However, once we get it in the cabin, will we able to get it over by the couch? If not, where do we store it while still trying to get around the cabin and not block the cabin door? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Most trike scooters have little or no problem fitting through cabin doors

Depending on where the bed(s) are will make a difference.

Bed near balcony - couch will be closest to entry door and great for scooter storage.

If the couch is next to the balcony - problem - this would be the common configuration ?

But before going further what is your cabin number to comment further ?

Hopefully your cabin is not on deck 8 with its maze of sharp turns and limited maneuverable space.

There maybe a YouTube video and or pictures of your cabin for a better idea of the situation.

Your cabin steward maybe of help in locating a suitable storage place - but it certainly can not be

outside your cabin door in the passageway. There maybe crew storage areas within a short walk.

Guest Services maybe able to find a solution that works and charges your rig while in storage.

While you may not be handicapped as in wheelchair bound being in a handicap cabin is another

solution to having room and immediate accessibility to your scooter.

Unless you are in a hadicap cabin, you may run into an issue with even getting in the door, unless it is less than 25 inches wide. As far as getting near the couch that is not going to happen. There is really no place to safely park it in the cabin, that you can access, it simply will not fit by the beds to get to the couch which on Dawn is by the balcony.
