We've stayed there a few times. Are you looking for something specific?

 

Overall, very nice hotel. Being a much larger property it doesn't have the typical Kimpton feel that their smaller boutique properties have. Rooms are decent, maybe a bit dated for the caliber of hotel they consider themselves, but we would not hesitate to stay again. If you're paying cash the JW, Conrad, W, and Mandarin hotels are worth a look since the Epic is not in the same league within that pricepoint.

TripAdvisor poor and terrible reviews are a cause for concern. Might not stay there myself.

Fantastic hotel!  Just gorgeous!

I got this hotel from Priceline bid for February next year.  I am not at all familiar with this property.  Got for $200 which is a great price for high season.  Thanks for info.

In that case you got the deal of the year! No worries at all about staying there - especially at that price.

You got a great deal. Great location. Only negative is some rooms that overlook the Brickell bridge can be a bit loud with traffic noise. Otherwise awesome hotel and location.

It's not just the Brickell bridge that will give noise, the Aston Martin Residences (72 story condo building) is being built right next door.  They just did a huge concrete pour and vertical construction is just beginning.
