Equinox Royal Suite Door Decor Options

Does anybody know if the Royal Suites on Equinox door or room sign have a way to permit tastefully displaying small banner (magnetic or non)? What have you done in the past?

We have two celebrations on our next cruise and looking at doing something creatitive.

The RS has a double door so banners would need to be one side only or split in the middle. We have cruised many times in the RS and think the doors are metal (they are very heavy) but cannot be sure. Hopefully someone will confirm. If you take the items on board you wish to display your butler will give you a hand if needed. Only time we have had a decorated door we knew nothing about it....definitely a case of ‘the butler did it’!

 

Make sure you tell the shoreside concierge about your special occasions when they contact you pre cruise then they can forward this to the Retreat Host and your butler. Also make sure on the nights of your celebrations the M’Ds of the restaurants you choose to dine in are also aware so they can help to make the occasions special.

Perhaps it depends on the deck or location but our RS on Equinox only had 1 door while the nearby PS had a double.  The butler hung a sign on our door for our wedding anniversary but it wasn't with a magnet so I can't say for certain if they are magnetized or not.

Now it could be me who is confused we have cruised in both RS and PH....

Our RS suites on the Eclipse also had just 1 door. The only double door suites I saw were the 2 PH suites.
