LOL it's not magnetic, but it is metal, so magnets will work on it. However, I found that you had to have pretty strong magnets to hold stuff on the door, what with the slamming of doors and all!

 

I bring command strip hooks instead- you can get pretty small ones that will work perfectly and come right off the door when your cruise is over.
