FX card onboard ship

Does anyone know if Celebrity accepts the FairFX card onboard ship for purchases ?

While I don't know for a fact I suspect they would not accept it for PURCHASES on the ship.   My belief is based on the fact that you can't use credit cards at the shops.   To my knowledge they only card accepted is your sea pass.  

 

I would however expect they would accept it if it a "Credit Card" for the payment of your account but not sure if the exchange you get would be better than either a regular interbank rate.
