JjC81 Posted October 28, 2019 #1 Share Posted October 28, 2019 We have hubbard glacier on itinerary. We will be on coral princess. They offer excursion to get on smaller boat to see glacier. It is pricey (of course). Is it worth it? Or will we see/hear same from cruise ship?

rkacruiser Posted October 29, 2019 #4 Share Posted October 29, 2019 The few people I met on Coral Princess that did this small boat excursion raved about their trip.
Rare geoherb Posted October 30, 2019 #5 Share Posted October 30, 2019 I sailed on the Island Princess this summer. The people I talked to who did this excursion loved it. I had taken the 26 glacier excursion in Whittier on my turnaround day, so I did not want to spend the money to see another glacier up close. oaktreerb Posted October 31, 2019 #6 Share Posted October 31, 2019 Hubbard Glacier is huge. You will not have the same experience from the cruise ship.
