coaster Posted November 2, 2019 #1 Share Posted November 2, 2019 Great news for those of us who love the slowly shrinking Vision class. https://www.floridatoday.com/story/news/local/2019/11/01/british-cruise-line-marella-sail-port-canaveral-during-2021/4122213002/
Mikew0805 Posted November 2, 2019 #2 Share Posted November 2, 2019 Ahh that was my first RCI ship. Had I not already had the Serenade booked and paid for, I probably would not have sailed RCI again for a long time. Glad I had another booked. Just to sail on her again had a sailing on her the other year under her new banner. They’ve actually done a pretty good job.

She sailed out of North Shields Newcastle several times last year and we watched her sail out once.

Rare kernow Posted November 2, 2019 #8 Share Posted November 2, 2019 We loved her too, our 2nd RCL cruise from Venice in 2006 and my favourite RCL cruise to date, her 2015 TA from Santos to Barcelona. The sale had already been announced then and people from Thompson got on in the Canaries to start measuring up!
di T Posted November 2, 2019 #9 Share Posted November 2, 2019 Think we sailed her a few years ago around the Emirates, I remember it was just before She was sold to Thompson.

Norwich Cruiser Posted November 2, 2019 #17 Share Posted November 2, 2019 Wow that’s really close. We did Bellissima earlier this year. In our opinions absolutely no comparison.
