Unused Shipboard credit?

Please remind me if I am able to take out my on board credit from the casino if I want?  I am prime so I believe there is no fee to do so.  This is 1000.00 credit that I would add from my visa rewards.  Also is it possible to use the credits to pay for the gratuities for the 4 rooms I have booked for my family or is it only good for my cabin?  That is why I would take out the cash and pay the gratuities in cash at guest services.

Visa rewards OBC is fully refundable.  Just go to Guest Services on the last afternoon and they will refund in cash.  OBC can be used for gratuities, at least as of today.

Perfect.  I wonder if they will allow me to pay the gratuities from my OBC for the people in the other rooms?

Guest services should be able to reallocate it as necessary.   I would suggest that you do this early in the cruise.

Pretty sure you can, but it might require a trip to Customer service!

Yes, you definitely can.  I do it every time we take our family on a cruise.  Guest Services will handle it for you.
