When you have the premium beverage package is your seapass card a different color

No, it says PALL in the corner. (CALL for the classic).

The colors distinguish regular, Concierge, Aqua and Suites classes.

 

No mini fridge in the regular Premium package, but there is a special package that I think does include it if both passengers in the room have it.

The only other additional color distinction is that the Zenith Captain's Club members have black seapass cards.

If you upgrade onboard, instead of PALL on your card they’ll simply attach a sticker to it.

Just FYI... It has been stated that you cannot upgrade onboard to the “drinks & more” package. I’m assuming that’s true. You CAN upgrade to the premium onboard.

You can upgrade to the Premium package on the ship.  
When the Drinks & more was  initially offered, not long ago, you could not upgrade from the Classic or Premium pkg if they were a booking perk.  The Drinks & More was purchase only.  They recently softened that position and you can now upgrade pre cruise but not onboard.

Or they just quickly print a new pass as they did for us on Equinox.
