Pre cruise concierge?

Hi, 

 

Should we have had an email from the pre cruise concierge? 

 

How can we get hold of them? 

 

Assuming they exist 😂 😂

The shore side concierge contacts CS and above about two weeks pre cruise. We tend to have a draft list of room set up, speciality dining requests etc ready about three weeks pre cruise. Although we are usually contacted by phone and discuss we invariably forward our drafted list to ensure nothing is missed. We also take a copy of the draft on board to give to our butler to use as a room set up check list and then to use to confirm our dining requests.

 

If you are less than two weeks to your cruise phone Captains Club and ask for the correct concierge for your sailing.

We were in our first sky suite in Sept. and were surprised to hear from the shore side concierge. We requested a red wine instead of the sparkling and were happy to have an Elegance merlot waiting for us.  I don't know if sky suites are now routinely contacted or if we were just lucky.

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but I needed a price quote for a private car (in an area where rentals are not legal) and was struggling to find options.

 

Anyway, I reached out to Celebrity's "Private Journeys" yesterday and they were very polite and hope to receive a quote soon.
