Ventura additional expenses incurred

Does anyone know where we send the additional expenses incurred due to the breakdown of the recent cruise. 

Do we wait until we are contacted or has anyone got any information.

The captain did say that reasonable ongoing expenses would be reimbursed so I am a little surprised if no contact details were given.

We stayed on and just picked up our car at the Ocean terminal 4 days late so were not affected. However we did check with guest services onboard that P&O had squared everything with CPS parking though.

Thankyou as far as iam aware no details were given. 

We didn't use CPS so there was an additional charge for the parking we paid. Also as we don't live in the uk there was a overnight stay we had to cancel and a ferry that had to be canceled and rebooked.  Nothing extravagant just reasonable expenses

Write to them (Not e-mail) with the details of the expenses and request a refund within 28 days.

When it happened on Oriana, I emailed the expenses to customer services.  Got paid quite quickly.

Thankyou all for your help I'm not impatient for them to sort it out quickly, 

They obviously have lots to do and with the holidays etc I appreciate it will take time .I will take your advice jeanlyon and when the parking people have given us our receipt will email customer services

Message them on FB always gets a quicker response

Agree do NOT email. That has a 21 day turnaround. Message them on their official FB page. They are pretty quick are coming back (not so quick at the weekend). They will take you through what you need to do. I have always found them very helpful on there.

I don't have a FB account. So I think I'll just email it worked for Jeanlyon.

Out of intrest has anyone else claimed from the ventura cruise.  I might even wait until after the holidays otherwise the email might just sit there

I did have to follow up, but I then got a response saying that they had received my email and would be in touch which they were.

We've put in a claim for tickets we bought for a group of us to visit the Ann Frank museum on the following cruise which was cancelled in it's entirety.  Have gone down the route of both email and FaceBook (wife's account, I don't do FB).

 

They have replied that they will consider our request.

 

Will post how we got on in due course.

I decided to send all the relevant information today by email. So I'll keep you posted. Hope your successful with your Ann Frank tickets

Got an email this morning saying that they're going to send me a cheque for the full amount.

That's great news  what email address did you use. Mine just got returned maybe its because I had to put 5 attachments on. I have resent as the email address was correct
