I'd LOVE to hear any of your thoughts regarding your Harmony cruise. I have yet to get ANY resolve, for our Halloween sailing on the Harmony. P.M. me if you like. We may have had some of the same issues. That was the ONLY cruise that I have ever been disappointed in.

The surveys do get read, unload in there at a minimum.

As for myself, I did fill out the survey, included my phone#, and I had it documented on board.

long story short, I need to clear up a misunderstanding that did not look favorably to my stateroom attendant when she actually did a fantastic job.

I missed the deadline for my last cruise survey and wanted to give positive feedback on some cruise staff.  Although it was a "form letter" type response, they said they'd forward the comments to the ship.
