Is there a way to find out in advance what kinds of shows will be going on while we are on the ship - and what time they are at?  Just planning dinner.... 🙂

Yes.    If your ship is supported by the APP you can pick a current cruise and see the times and what's on each evening.   Even if your ship isn't supported you can see a sampling of what's on another ship.  

 

Shows are generally at 7:00PM and 9:00 PM.   

 

A second option would be to read one of the many live blogs - many post copies of the daily.

Thank you!  I didn't realize you could look up a different sailing on the app.

The only cruises I can see on the app the the cruises that we are booked on.  How do you see the activities or entertainment for another cruise?

Press TODAY   -  Top Middle

Go to Very bottom and choose CHANGE SHIP DATES

It will list all of your cruises

Go all the way to the bottom   (I know this isn't intuitive)

choose Get more details on ships we support

Choose the Ship you want - 

On next screen choose the current cruise

Jim:  Many thanks for the explanation on the App.  Unfortunately, we're on the Infinity January 13 for a 5 day cruise, and the App is not available for our ship.  Welcome any feedback on whether the Infinity production shows are likely to run at 7 & 9--like many trying to set dinner reservations in advance!

We have done 20+ Celebrity cruises, but never a B2B.  We know the production shows will be the same for both weeks, but are the other theater entertainers different?

The productions are pretty much 7 & 9 regardless of ship.   On rare occasions I have seen them modify by about 30 minutes.   Maybe others could chime in if I am incorrect. 

 

The timing really isn't our favorite as we use to enjoy a show after late dining ("The Good Old Days")   Now late dining is suppose to go to the 7 and Early diners can enjoy a show at 9:00 after they finish dinner.

Over the past few years it has been a rare occasion when tge shows weren’t at 7 & 9.

We too miss not having the shows after late seating.

Did b2b on Summit last month. Production shows the same, guest entertainers changed.  Also, early show moved to 7:30, late shows at 9:30. Much better for our schedule!!!

Depending on the port, we have had shows at 7:30 and 9:30 on the Equinox and Solstice.  However, that tends to be only once per cruise if that.  I don't recall ever having a show earlier than 7:00 pm.

Yes and No.   Sometimes the fly-on entertainment will change and sometimes they will stay on for 2 or more sailings.  No definitive answer but probably a bit more likely that they will change rather than not.
