I don't ever remember ESPN on Oceania ... I do recall Sky Sports but I'm not sure what they had on our last few cruises (being a non-sports fan for the most part).  It does seem to me that in the early days there was a lot more choice.  For news channels once upon a time I'm quite sure we were not dependent only on MSNBC or Fox.  It does seem to me that the option of European channels has been reduced, which I find somewhat puzzling since there are many more European passengers on O than there used to be.

They might show the Super Bowl once you board the ship as a delayed/recorder broadcast but that being the boarding day not sure how they’ll handle it.

We used to have an American friend (he passed away) who lived in England. He watched Super Bowl for sure.
