Good to hear this - It's hard to believe that some people wear some of the disgusting things I see in public.  It's not just kids - adults wear this stuff also.  Nice to know I won't see it on my next cruise next month - I hope it's enforced.

I can't see it being enforced except in very extreme cases.

I agree, and that may be enforced.  The rule is now vague, and I feel sorry for the employees in the ship being put in the middle, especially when tips and reviews are so important for their livelihood.
