Tampa Port to Skyway?

 I was wondering how long it takes after leaving port until you get to the skyway bridge. 

Then how long to clear land after that.

depending on which route they are going, last time for me it was about 90 minutes. if you haven't gotten a chance to go under the skyway, you have to decide which way you want to see it. as in at the front of the ship or the back. i've seen it both ways, but i personally like from the rear of the ship. its very cool to see the smokestack from the rear clear the bridge.

I believe it's 3 or 5 miles from land so probably another hour or so after passing the skyway

When we were on the Brilliance I think it opened around 7 or 7.30. After the bridge the ship makes the right hand bend out past Egmont Key and Fort Desoto park.
