CruisinNana Posted January 25, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2020 It's time to do the on line check in for my upcoming cruise. However, I kept getting the following message: "We've got your info. However, we're unable to bring up your account right now, so please try again later." I tried again 2 hours later and still got the same message. Is anyone else having this problem? Rare Jim_Iain Posted January 25, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2020 That's been a common problem reported in 2 or 3 threads this weeks. Try closing your browser and/or try a new browser. Most reporting best results using Firefox. In my case when I went to task manager I had a copy of my browser stuck open. I killed the process and it worked. Alternatively you can do a reboot. Open an InPrivate or Incognito window in whatever browser you want to use for check-in. I always use these when trying to do anything on the X website. It works much better. Good luck!
