Does princess cruise have app. Don’t think emerald is medallion ship yet

Looking for Princess app. Can anyone else help me.  Going on emerald princess in April.

It's not an app, it's just a webpage on the ship's intranet. Just use your regular browser. Since it's intranet not internet it's free to use. Instructions on how to connect to it will be in the embarkation day patter.

What you will use is called princess@sea which is very much the same as intranet page you get when on a Medallion cruise. As OzKiwi said, it is not an App.
