Our roll call is not showing any members just "0"

Our Norwegian Bliss 1/22/21 roll call is not indicating any members and yet there are several of us already on and chatting away.  How do we show that there are actually members and the roll call ls active?

If you are accessing your roll call via the imperfect roll call finder tool, that is one of the glitches.  For all it shows no members.  If you access via the tried and true way:  Go to ROLL CALLS, choose NCL, then Bliss, and look for a cruise with the dates...  You will see in the upper right of the thread that there are 11 following.  Of course, not all roll call members 'follow'.  I never have.  This has been discussed here several times.  EM
