Logging to Forums Issues

Dear Admins,

I haven’t logged in for a long time. First I was greeted with invalid credentials and forced to reset my password. Now  I am unable to login at the forums using my mobile app. Help!

My profile is intact, but I still can’t access the boards via my CC mobile app (iOS).

The app hasn't worked since the forum software was updated in October 2018. Initially, there was no plan to replace the app; it was thought that the mobile experience on a mobile browser would be fine. However, due to popular demand, it seems that they are working on an updated app. In the meantime, use a mobile browser, or Tapatalk.
