The public buses on bermuda island are awesome.  We use this everytime we visit bermuda.  I recommend you check the schedule on the bermuda bus website

Not sure the buses go that far.

I am on this cruise in July and they stop in Hamilton for a day and half and then st Goerge for a day in a half.
From Hamilton is a public bus away or you can take a couple of cabs with everyone. Prob won’t be too much $$$$

If your cruise will dock at both st George and hamilton I would go to the beach at tobacco bay that is couple of minutes from st George.  Then when you dock in hamilton you can take bus #7 from bus depot downtown hamilton to elbow beach or horseshoe beach.

You also have the ferry as an option to various destinations on the island.  You can purchase tickets at the cruise port that will be good for hop on hop off options for multidays.

https://www.gov.bm/residents/driving-and-transportation.  You can view transportation options on bermuda website.  Very user friendly.  Great public transportation.
