There are three cruise ship piers on Cozumel, so it depends upon what line, what ship and what date.  There are pedicabs and other options for those who have difficulties with long walks.

Sorry. Answer is the same, the port is long and it depends upon how many other ships are in and where you're is parked. The cruise line should offer assistance, and I recall a previous post about local help for those with walking challenges.

If your ship is docked any distance away from the cruise terminal,

chances are excellent that a shuttle service from gangway to terminal

will be supplied for you, by the Port.

 

Out on the breakwater arm, for sure!
