If the price onboard is on sale for 20% off for everyone, will a diamond plus member receive another discount of 30% on top of the 20%?

We always purchase deluxe beverage/Voom package in advance when it's on sale. However about a month ago we booked a 5 night Aug 2020 sailing on Indy and it has yet to go on sale. Sure wish there was a way to know what the onboard price was going to be. If we purchase now and the 30% D+ is a better deal on the ship, will they refund the difference and give us OBC?
