Do you also use catsup on the Hash before placing the Egg on top? (I do)....

Do you eat the Egg Yolk Whole? Or break it open to run? (Egg Whole - No except on Sunny Side) (Allow to Run Yes)

Catsup ?  No.  (Isn't it spelled ketchup?  😀)  Maybe one of those examples of how does one pronounce "potato"?

 

I break the egg to spread the yolk over the hash.  But, more often than not, the yolk is sufficiently cooked that it spreads little or at all and I have to do some "mixing" of the yolk with the hash.  I like the hash to be crisply cooked.
