Don't believe it was nasty...was legitimate question.  

 

If the price changes in your favor...you want NCL to give you back money.  What if it changes the other way?  Are you willing to pay more?

But the answer to the OP’s question is yes, if before final payment.

Provided you book directly through NCL and not a travel agent, they offer a price guarantee. It pays to keep checking the prices because they change often.  I’ve saved money a few times doing this.  Our cruise coming up in January, we got a substantial savings after they added both the 30% off and 20% past guest offer.
