Just seen a facebook post from CroisiEurope regarding their cancelations. If the translation is correct they seem to be offering customers a refund plus €150 voucher per person for a future cruise.

CroisiEurope has paused sailings through April 15, 2020. Passengers impacted will receive full credit and be able to apply this credit to a cruise at a future date and, in addition, receive a voucher for £150 per person for a future cruise (booked on individual basis).."

I find it a bit strange that the same 150 figure seems to be used for GBP, for euros, and, from the email I received, in dollars (I believe US not Canadian; I believe we are one market)

“...full credit and be able to apply this credit at a future date...” does NOT equate to “a refund” in my estimation. Still, better than nothing.

I have the regular email and a third answer to my request for a refund as France is a no go zone for Australia a few days ago is no, we can offer credit NOT REFUND.
