Shows my lack of football knowledge.  I'm only glad that I don't have to listen to them every week.  I didn't even know that the Britannia Building Society no longer existed.  Hopefully it will be a few years until I have to have football discussed in the car again (if ever🤐).

Hope you haven't got to much snow up inte frozen north of Stoke, we "neckenders" have a light covering.

Britannia Building Society were taken over by Co-operative Bank in 2010 to prevent their likely collapse. It remains as a trading name of Co-op Bank but not as a separate and independent financial institution capable of making decisions to provide sponsorship for a football stadium.

Good morning.

-4°C and sunny.

There is a fine dusting of snow on the ground.

Take care.

We had a thin dusting of snow overnight too. Dull and overcast and not a breath of wind, but at 0c it's the warmest it's been for a couple of days.

Quite warm down here at a balmy 5c but there is a lot of black ice, the pavements and roads are like ice rinks!

We had a lovely evening, for my mother's birthday meal with the family. My grandaughter made a birthday cake.

Take care!

I hope the weather is better tomorrow as I have to go into hospital to get a couple of skin cancers removed from my face.☹️

Thank you Kalos.

I like cats but the joke memes are to cheer up cat lover friends on here.

This photo was my older brother carrying our cat Monty with me almost 50 years ago.

Not a problem , I was only reading last night about a guy who also collects cats .

Trouble was they were attached to peoples cars at the time 😲😉

It’s -1C here this morning and just started to snow, off to dealership shortly to see my wife’s new car and sort out the paperwork in readiness to pick up car in next day or so. Will see if any update on whereabouts of mine.

Saw the car, but couldn’t sort paperwork out as system is still down as maintenance update running behind schedule, thus no update on whereabouts of mine.

Heard that M54 was closed eastbound between 3 & 2 due to a car going off carriageway following a collision in the snow, about 2.5cm apparently.

We had quite a bit of snow here yesterday which is not thawing as temperature is -1. We are at the bottom a sloping cul-de-sac and the road is covered in compressed snow so we are not venturing out today. We had a surprise yesterday, three very small fawns chasing round the farmers field behind us. It was lovely to watch but it probably means more of my plants will get eaten next summer.
