Hobie Posted March 25, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2020 I'm watching a HAL ship enter Long Beach (California) harbor right now. Does anybody know which ship it is? There are already three Carnival ships (two anchored and one docked) in Long Beach. Thank you.

Rare Copper10-8 Posted March 25, 2020 #5 Share Posted March 25, 2020 Long Beach, CA has only one dedicated cruise ship berth (unless you count the berth permanently assigned to the Queen Mary hotel and museum ship 😉) and that is connected to the former "Spruce Goose dome" which, in 2003, was converted into a full-time cruise terminal by Carnival Cruise Line. Howard Hughes' "Spruce Goose" (Hughes H-4 Hercules) flying boat left Long Beach in 2001 to her current location of McMinnvile, Oregon Today as we speak, Carnival Inspiration is at the cruise terminal, while Carnival Panorama and HAL's Oosterdam are at anchor inside the breakwater. Carnival Miracle is further out off Sunset Beach 2

Rare boards Posted March 26, 2020 #8 Share Posted March 26, 2020 We boarded the Volendam in 2014 for a South Pacific crossing to Australia from that dock.
