Alabaster Cruiser Posted May 22, 2020 #1 Share Posted May 22, 2020 Received this when Caribbean Princess was cut short due to Norovirus. ( 10 day instead of 14 day.) Can not use it on next cruise due to it being a casino offer. This credit expires February 2021. Have left requests for it to be converted to obc or to possibly extend the expiration day. Of course no response received yet. Does anyone else have this issue?
cherylandtk Posted May 22, 2020 #2 Share Posted May 22, 2020 You can request an extension; TA webinar said they could be extended as far as May 2022.

I had Voyage Goodwill credit that was posted as FCC from my March 7 Grand Princess cancelled sailing with a book by date of 3/31/2021. Then on 4/27/2020 it was changed to Passenger Relations and a sail by date of 3/31/2021 was added. I called Princess and after being told it couldn't be changed by the first person to answer, I asked her to speak to someone else. She put me on hold and in a while came back and said customer relations would change the sail by date to 12/31/2021 and it would show up in my account by the next Monday. It did not. I contacted the PVP who had originally contacted me after the Grand Princess cancellation and she called and was told that they had changed the wrong person's account, but that mine would be changed. It was and now shows a book by and sail by date of 12/31/2021. So, it can be changed if they are willing to do it.
