A update

Our federal government has extended the closure till December 17 2020.

New Caledonia is closed till the end of March 2021.

NZ I’m not to sure about, maybe someone can add that?

Our federal government has signed a deal with 2 vaccine developers and is expected to start vaccinations in January 2021.

They will make 88 million vaccines in Melbourne for ANZ and the pacific islands.
2000-2021 season is becoming heavily booked,I suppose people are rolling bookings over from this season.

I hope that helps.

However, at a government level, the AU government has also said international travel in/out is unlikely until mid 2021. It's not expected that arrivals will occur from mid-December.

This is exactly what I heard. I mean some countries open borders  to one another from time to time now but its not like everyone and everywhere are going to open the boarders at once. Everyone is waiting for a mass distribution of a vaccine right now. As soon as its positive effect will be recognized, everything will start to operate
