Customer Service/Princess closed on Sunday and online chat

I've searched for more information , but can't find the online chat.  I just tried to call Princess and the recording has stated that they are closed on Sunday and only open from 9 - 5 PST, Monday - Saturday.  The recording also mentions an online chat, but I can't find this chat anywhere.  If you have the online chat information please post.  Thank you

according to their website; they are open today.  If for some reason you called and the voice recording said they are closed Sundays; the online chat could also be offline until Monday

per your own link 1-800-PRINCESS is closed on Sundays ( Sales - different # is open )

 

Chat just popped up when I went to login to Princess website, but Chat seems really hit or miss to when it is available

Since the beginning of the pandemic ALL the cruise lines have modified their hours as they have SIGNIFICANTLY cut reservations call centre staff levels.  This is also why we are having long hold times on certain days.
