Gluten free dining?

Does anyone have experience with gluten free dining on Ama Waterways ship?  Thinking of a winter Danube cruise with my kids with celiac?  Thanks, Beth

Do not know about AMA but Uniworld does a excellent job on gluten free.

I just read on another website that AMA includes "Nice touches like gluten-free snacks, fruits, Gemstone detox water, 24/7 coffee stations and more."

The point is that AMA responds to the needs of gluten-free customers.
