Meant to tell you, I sent an email to my "exec" host who confirmed I didn't make the diamond list for next year.  So, since I know so early in the year?

I don't feel the need to play hard on upcoming trips.  Their loss. 🤣

Guessing my "exec" host will disappear too. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

Congrats to those who DID make the cut.

Just got on enchanted P as a regular cruise. An envelope in the cabin said we are part of the Hearts group on this cruise!!!! Very surprised. My hubs said they do that on Carnival also, when an echo(highest casino level there)sails, he automatically is part of any group that week.(we are not echo on carnival, but are now diamond here on princess)

Curious how many cruises you had done before husband bumped up to Elite?

(Most people don't know that can happen if youre a GOOD player in casinos eyes)

That happened to me years ago, but earned Elite thru sailed cruises since then.

It was a nice surprise though, when it happened long before it should have.😃

6 on Princess so far, had already booked 3 more for this year and next when he got the letter.  He does play some higher stakes Blackjack every time.  I am Platinum, hoping I get to go to some of the Elite gatherings with him. Agreed it was a very nice surprise!

I think I got bumped around 5 cruises, so pretty close to your husbands experience.

But I don't play tables.  Maybe he made an impression with host, cuz its harder

to keep track of play on tables.

Sounds like he will be getting Diamond perks thru 2/2026.

So keep on booking your offers with freeplay, & the Plus perks and all the Diamond belefits will be added month before your cruises. His exec Host will be handling those.

He reached out to the host last week because we leave later this month and had not heard anything.  Glad he did.  There are two hosts working together and one was on vacation and hadn't put his info through. They got it all worked out right away.  Rides to and from airport and dinner on the ship all good to go.  Nice perk.

They seem to take vacay often... or thats the delay

reason I have been given when not responded to. 🤔

Glad you got the perks added.

Don't be afraid to inquire about more perks onboard, if your play

is very good.

Hubby plays a lot of Blackjack.  They are already covering a specialty.  What else have you been able to ask for and receive?  Just curious how far one can go.

I am not familiar with status for Table players, so hopefully someone else can help....

Last cruise I got to know a few players, and we shared info like how many points to

get What kind of offers.  Thats also how I felt free to ask for More than what was

offered with my offer, and got an extra perk while onboard. (Mine was Winemakers dinner)

I'd talk to Exec host onboard.

Prestige.  A new Prestige offer has arrived and its thru Nov. 2025.

But only for 5 different cruises.

Were talking about doing Norway again.

For those of us who are having Plus perks disappear, but you get a Prestige offer?

Thats a Great one to book due to Perks and all.

Its VERY similar to being Diamond level cruise.

Got the Prestige offer.  The dates aren't good for me, but I remain highly skeptical of cruising with a load of other degenerate gamblers like me.  The casino tables are already too crowded on a 'normal' cruise!  I'd be tempted next time if somehow they added tables (yeah, I know, next to impossible, but LV does it for their tournaments and event days).

Unfortunately, hearts for me. On my one and only prestige cruise (from Fort L.) the casino, and the tables, was not unusually crowded. Maybe a bit more than usual, but nothing that would make you wait to play or anything. Honestly, I am suprised that I did not get another prestige offer. Because I increase the amount I play, charge to room etc. I didn't lose but still, I never thought since when the casino offer started to become based on losing. To my knowdledge, it is always on the expected value/loss.

I believe it is based on average amount of bet times hours spent. We seem to get the same bounce back offers and VIP offers whether we win or lose

Got the Prestige offer yesterday. Package names have changed. From "BASK" and whatever to, "Relax Package" and "Action Package". Package contents are the same though, and other perks such as airport pickup/paid port parking etc.

But only limited to 5 cruises and some great looking ones, but the shortest one is 10-days:( Too long for me. They sure wanna keep you onboard until they clean you up for good:))))

Yes, Prestige can get costly after booking, especially when long Flights needed.

I booked us for Norway again, in May.  So here we go again, long flights....

IMO thats the most expensive part of booking a comp cruise, unless you can manage taking one Near where you live! 😜

And youre right about Princess changing Names of perks again.

(theres another thread about that)

Last Prestige I did, the Bask perk included dinner with the Host.

We were eating at Crown Grill the same night as them.

Glad I Didn't choose Bask..... looked like the most bored group of guests at a dinner party.

Yes the trips are 10+ days.  Then again, I think Prestige trips may be a lot of long time

passengers, who may be retired and have the time.

A Prestige cruise with ALL the perks.....  I WANT it to be a LONG one, get your moneys worth.  Not waste a sweet trip, on a short cruise.😉

There isn't any prestige from West Coast. Norway cruise is tempting, over $8K/comped! I don't think my schedule would allow me to take it but, in any case, do you know if the London (LHR) airport pick up / drop off is covered? I know that MIA to Ft. Lauderdale was (~30mn) covered, but LHR to cruise terminal is much longer so I am not sure (~1.5hrs)

Yes, ride is covered. Since its a long drive from Heathrow to Southampton & youre being driven in a very nice black Mercedes.  For us, its the Best Prestige (or Diamond) perk.

I booked the Prestige Norway cruise too! My CVP charged me for the transportation but I think that means I will get reimbursed. I haven't bought my flight yet because I am undecided if I will stay for a few days to visit some relatives and whether I will follow up with the Norwegian fjords on the Sky after the Prestige on the Emerald!
