Symphony Windjammer - Mongolia Stir Fry Station

Hi...starting to think of dining options on the Symphony....I was watching a youtube video where they specified a "Mongolia Stir Fry Station"...  My question is:  is the station there every night on the Symphony or is it just one night  (Theme) on the cruise. 

 

My husband LOVES this..He has had it twice on different RCL cruises and it is one of the first questions he asks when we board.

Waiting to hear from others, I will be bummed if it is available. 14 nights on Symphony last year and if was there I missed it.  Unless it was inside of Izumi, I never tried that one..

It was just one night on the Adventure in December 2019.  It was also one night on the Brilliance in February 2020 - formal night.

I love the stir fry station. When we were on the Symphony it happened on two nights. I wish it was every night.

Strangely enough, that is where I met him - in the Mongolian stir fry line on the Adventure.

I've often seen the stir fry and other themed stations at night on the smaller ships, not as often on the big ones. It does happen though!

If I recall correctly from my six sailings on Symphony, there are rotating stations including pasta, stir-fry, crepes, and others.  All are delicious!!

If they have one onboard, make sure you ask them to add some spice to it.

Yes there is always something rotating through.

When we were on Symphony for Birthday Cruise they had it or stir fry every night. Crepes were every other night. Harmony has some type of hot station every night also, but it varies between pasta and fajita as well

Laura can turn anything into stir fry. 

Ginger can be a challenge

The stir-fry was offered every night on our October 2019 Adventure sail and our May 2019 Vision.

I think this is becoming an every night offering on most ships now.

I think the reason they don't do it for lunch is because the lunch crowd it is more busy, more people attend lunch in the windjammers  because in the evening most people go to the Dining room.  It takes some extra time to do the stir-frys, would be alot of unhappy people waiting in long lines if they did it then, less crowded at dinner time.
