When you arrive a day early in a port, over night on the ship.

Question, when you overnight at the end of the cruise (cleared customs the day before in New York) what time can

you leave the ship the day of departure?  Is you luggage already off or do your need to carry it off?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Summer of 2019 we arrived in Amsterdam the day before disembarking. We had booked a flight for the next morning at 7:30 am. We notified the reception desk that we would be disembarking at 4:30am., which was booked before we departed. Our luggage was in the terminal and our car was waiting to take us to the airport. No problems.

Thanks, Sheila.  That helps, we'll be arriving in New York and we wanted to take a 12 noon flight home, so it sounds like that will work.

Did you book your car with Regent or on from outside vendor?

Thanks, I'll check them out--we've been using Blacklane (they are good).

Blacklane is good, I have used them in Singapore. Personal transport is less expensive and perhaps not as fancy, but they serve the purpose. We have used them several times on our last international trips.
We even hired them to drive us from Madrid to Lisbon because we didn’t want to fly. They were fine.
