I was due to go to Corunna on my March 2020 cruise on Boudicca. Of course this was cancelled.

Corunna was one of the ports I was particularly looking forward to. A new port for us and looked easy to explore on a DIY basis

It's one of those ports that are good for just wandering. Hope that's not a thing of the past.

We like Coruna because you can just walk off the ship and explore independantly

We were talking a while ago when I was looking for my photos. DW said, is that the place where we got those little cakes in that square?. Looks like you just gave the answer.

Yesterday I couldnt remember being here  until DW reminded me about the

very long walk to the lighthouse and your pictures.  It was on a cruise from

Malaga to Newcastle  2017  so now I have found my pics.  -See if you can spot the one of stonehenge???

I apologise in advance if I am posting too many In fact I will split them up

a bit  through the day.  The walk seemed longer as the lighthouse kept

coming into view and then vanishing making me wonder if we were ever

going to get there let alone get back!!!  (8.30 start)

Fantastic photos Aulanis. We are fortunate to have a wood and farmland to look out to at the back of our house and we see cows, sheep, deer and the occasional fox.  After nearly a year of looking out to this though, it has lost it’s magic. We yearn for the sights that have been shown on here.

We have left Guernsey and have today docked in Corunna. Tonight we sail to Lisbon.

I was hoping for Vigo!

Love Lisbon though, you are plotting a great course so far and I would book this cruise in a heartbeat.

Thank you. I thought of Vigo but there’s more going on in Lisbon. But you never know, there’s a long way to go yet.
